MA'AN Development Center concluded the implementation of an intensive training program for three groups comprising 92 female participants under the Afaq 3 project, funded by the Norwegian Representative Office to the Palestinian Authority.
The program included 75 training hours on life skills and 90 training hours on entrepreneurship. The life skills component focused on strengthening effective communication, constructive feedback, teamwork, and presentation skills, enabling participants to build their self-confidence and fully prepare for the entrepreneurship phase.
During the entrepreneurship training, participants developed comprehensive business plans, designed prototypes of their own projects, and gained an understanding of project management fundamentals, financial planning, and market analysis—enhancing the prospects for the success and sustainability of their businesses.
This training comes as part of the efforts of the “Afaq 3” project to economically empower women and strengthen their role in the labor market by developing their personal and entrepreneurial skills.
