MA’AN Development Center, in partnership with World Vision and with funding support from the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), conducted a field visit to the communities of Tamun, Al-Aqaba, and Ibziq in Tubas Governorate targeted by the Towards Climate Change Action with Nutrition Co-benefits for Vulnerable Families in Areas “B” and “C” in West Bank. In Tammun, the cultivation of the greenhouse was initiated, along with the use of the solar energy system and the caravan that were provided to Al-Quds Cooperative Society in the community of Tammun.
This intervention contributes to supporting the agricultural sector in the targeted areas through the provision of modern infrastructure that relies on clean energy, thereby enhancing local production and reducing the impacts of climate change on food security.
