MA’AN Development Center distributed agricultural inputs in Tamoun town
MA’AN Development Center distributed agricultural inputs, including fertilizers, spraying tools, seedlings, and various farming equipment, in the town of Tamun in Tubas Governorate. This initiative is part of the project “Enhancing Climate Action and Nutrition Benefits for Marginalized Families in the West Bank”, funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
This intervention aims to support farmers’ resilience, enhance their ability to adapt to climate change, improve their livelihoods, and contribute to strengthening food security for the targeted families.
The project targets 400 families and 7 cooperative associations across 30 communities in five West Bank governorates: Hebron, Nablus, Jericho, Tubas, and Salfit. It includes a series of developmental activities designed to promote sustainable agricultural production.
MA’AN Development Center reaffirmed its commitment to continuing efforts to support the agricultural sector, empower local communities, and enhance their capacity to face economic and environmental challenges, thereby achieving sustainable development and improving the quality of life for marginalized families.
