MA’AN Development Center Implements Winter Clothing Voucher Project for Displaced Families in Jenin

MAAN Development Center implemented an emergency humanitarian project to support 171 displaced families in Jenin Governorate, including 855 individuals. The project provided electronic vouchers for winter clothing through the PalPay system, with generous funding from the Regional Associations for Solidarity with Palestine – France (AFPS).
The project targeted the most vulnerable families, including female-headed households, families with children, people with disabilities, and families who lost their sources of income due to displacement. This support allowed families to choose their winter clothing with dignity and flexibility, while also helping to support and activate local markets.
The project was implemented in response to urgent humanitarian needs identified through field assessments and in continuous coordination with UNRWA and the Shelter Cluster. This ensured good coordination, avoided duplication, and strengthened the safe and effective delivery of humanitarian assistance.
