MA’AN Development Center Implements Humanitarian Interventions to Support Affected Families in Gaza
MAAN Development Center implemented a series of humanitarian interventions to support affected families in Khan Younis and the Middle Area of the Gaza Strip, during the period from September to December 2025, as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen the resilience of the most vulnerable families.
The assistance included the distribution of 561 tarpaulins, 175 family tents, 11,712 pieces of winter clothes and shoes for children—including 7,052 winter clothing items and 4,660 pairs of shoes—in addition to 13,049 blankets.
A total of 14,001 families benefited from this support, reaching 39,429 individuals, in direct response to urgent humanitarian needs, especially with the arrival of winter and the worsening living conditions.
MAAN Development Center confirmed that these interventions reflect its commitment to supporting the most vulnerable groups, enhancing humanitarian protection, and reducing the suffering of affected families in the Gaza Strip.
