Launching On-the-Job Guidance and Mentorship Workshops in Food Production at the Charity Association for the Deaf
As part of the third phase of the project “Supporting Women’s Groups and Persons with Disabilities Socially and Economically to Strengthen Their Resilience,” MA’AN Development Center launched on-the-job guidance and mentorship workshops in food production at the Charity Association for the Deaf in Ramallah. The project is funded by the Australian Government.
The participants have started producing carob molasses, hot sauce, pepper molasses, a
nd other products by hand — a step aimed at empowering the members and offering high-quality local products.
Soon, the association’s products will be available on local market shelves.
