MA'AN Development Center launches “Afaq 3” project, funded by the Norwegian Representative Office to the Palestinian Authority.
MA'AN Development Center, with funding from the Norwegian Representation to the Palestinian Authority, has launched the “Afaq 3” Project in Jericho Governorate. The project aims to support and empower target groups through social, economic, and development initiatives that strengthen community resilience and promote sustainable development.
This project continues the organization’s efforts to support marginalized groups, especially women, by focusing on their social and economic empowerment.
The launch event was attended by representatives from the Governor’s Office, the Employment and Labor Office, as well as members of civil society organizations and grassroots institutions in the governorate.
During an introductory workshop, the project’s goals, components, and upcoming implementation plan were presented.
Ma’an emphasized the importance of cooperation and partnership with the local community to ensure the project’s success, noting that participation will be open to all target groups. The application process and participation details will be announced soon through the organization’s official channels.
