As part of the activities of
#MAAN_Youth_Center in
#KhanYounis, a group of young initiators carried out an artistic initiative called
#InspiringWalls. This youth-led initiative aims to turn the center’s walls into vibrant spaces full of colors and creativity, with murals that deliver meaningful awareness messages.
The initiative uses
#Art as a tool to connect with young people, raise awareness, and spread a positive culture that supports values of life, conscious choices, and empowerment.
It was not only about beautifying the place, but also about creating an inspiring environment that invites dialogue and breaks the silence around issues that matter to adolescents and youth. Participants expressed their passion for this experience, which gave them the chance to share their thoughts and messages with their community in creative ways.
It is worth mentioning that the young initiators had previously received training in
#SexualAndReproductiveHealth, and today they continue spreading knowledge and awareness through creative initiatives such as theater, games, and drawings.
