MA’AN Development Center, conducted a specialized training on protection and safeguarding. The training targeted 60 staff members from its teams in the West Bank. This initiative is part of a series of interventions implemented by the center to enhance its commitment to providing a safe environment for all individuals connected to its work, especially the beneficiaries of its programs and activities.
The training aimed to enhance the staff’s capacity to deliver services to beneficiaries in a way that respects their dignity and humanity. It also focused on applying protection and safeguarding standards across all administrative, financial, and programmatic levels to avoid any potential harm caused by interventions or programs.
Through this effort, the center reaffirms its mission to empower target groups and ensure a positive, sustainable impact in a safe and inclusive environment that upholds the dignity of all individuals.
