FADOC : Success stories/ Young Female Leaders

عدين ظافر 29 عام، من طولكرم: منسقة  مشروع "ملتقى الشراكة" في جمعية العودة  في طولكرم، المنفذ من قبل مركز العمل التنموي معاً بالشراكة مع مركز الفن الشعبي وبتمويل من الحكومة البلجيكية Solsoc  . من خلال المساحة التعلمية الموجودة في الملتقى،  انتقلت عدين خلال 3 سنوات من مشاركة إلى متطوعة فاعلة ثم إلى ميسرة ومدربة في قضايا مختلفة ومن أهمها المناظرات بين المجموعات الشبابية على المستوى المناطق والوطن. ومنسقة للأنشطة والفعاليات والحملات الشبابية على المستوى الوطني.

تقول عدين : " ملتقى الشراكة يحاول ترسيخ القيم المجتمعية والوطنية الأصيلة بطريقة بسيطة، أصبحت أخرج هذه الفكرة للعالم بطريقتي واسلوبي بدون أية قوالب. الملتقى وفر المساحة التي تشبكني مع نساء أخريات لديهن قضاياهن وهمومهن الخاصة. حيث أنني أؤمن بأن العمل التطوعي والمبادرات الجماعية لها الأثر الكبير على تغيير المجتمعات إلى الأفضل، ولاقتني الكثير من القصص التي الهمتني لأتابع نشاطي الاجتماعي. وأصبحت استخدم الواقع الموجودة لإثراء مناظراتي التي أيسرها في التدريبات والمجموعات الشبابية والنسائية.  كوننا نساء هو المجفز الذي يجعلنا دائما نعطي ومناصرة أي سيدة مظلومة هو واجب علينا جميعا بغض النظر عن التعليم أو الظروف أو التجارب التي خضناها" 

Adeen Thafer, 29 years old, from Tulkarm: Coordinator of the FADOC project at the Al-Awda Association in Tulkarm, implemented by the MA’AN Development Center in partnership with the Popular Art Center and funded by Solsoc, the Belgian government. Through the learning spaces in the forum, Adeen moved within 3 years from a participant to an active volunteer, to a facilitator and trainer in various issues, the most important of which was the debates between youth groups at the regional and national levels. She is leading  youth activities, events and campaigns at the national level.

 “FADOC tries to consolidate the authentic community work and national values ​​in a simple way. I brought this idea out to the world in my own way and my style without any frames. As I believe that volunteer work and collective initiatives have a great impact on changing societies for the better, and I have many stories that inspired me to pursue my social activities.  Being women is the catalyst that makes us always give and advocate for any oppressed women, it is the duty of all of us, regardless of education, circumstances, or experiences we have gone through. " Adeen said.

أسيل جعفري، 28 عام، من بيت لحم: منسقة  مشروع "ملتقى الشراكة" في جمعية الملتقى الطلابي في بيت لحم، المنفذ من قبل مركز العمل التنموي معاً بالشراكة مع مركز الفن الشعبي وبتمويل من الحكومة البلجيكية Solsoc . أسيل ابتدأت كناشطة مجتمعية على المستوى الطلابي في مجلس الطلبة في الكلية الاهلية في جامعة بيت لحم، وقد أغنت بتجربتها المجتمعية والمحلية جانب العمل مع الطلاب والفئات الشابة في مشروع ملتقى الشراكة. وبحكم شخصيتها وحضورها القوي استطاعت أن تنسج علاقات قوية مع المؤسسات المحلية في بيت لحم والخليل والأغوار وقادت بنجاح الحملات والمبادرات المجتمعية  وتشكيل المجموعات الشبابية، وهذا أثر بشكل ايجابي كبير على مستوى الأنشطة المنفذة للمشروع في تلك المناطق.

 تقول أسيل: " ملتقى الشراكة ساعد في صقل مهاراتي وعزز شخصيتي للتواصل مع الفئات المحلية والجهات الرسمية، وهنا أقول أن كل امرأة تستطيع ان تكون مستقلة بشخصيتها الأمر الذي  يقويها في جميع النواحي الاقتصادية والمجتمعية، ويصنع منها مثالاً لنساء أخريات" .

Aseel Jafari, 28, from Bethlehem: Coordinator of the "FADOC" project at the Student Forum in Bethlehem, implemented by the MA’AN Development Center in partnership with the Popular Art Center and funded by Solsoc, the Belgian government.

Aseel started as a community activist at the student level at the Student Council at the Ahlia College at Bethlehem University. She brought her community and local experience as well as working with students and young groups to the FADOC Project. By virtue of her personality and strong presence, she was able to forge strong relationships with local institutions in Bethlehem, Hebron and Jordan Valley. She successfully led campaigns, community initiatives and the formation of youth groups, which reflected positively on the level of the project's implementation activities in those areas.

 Aseel says: "FADOC helped refine my skills and strengthened my personality to communicate with local groups and official bodies. Here I say that every woman can be independent in her personality, which strengthens her in all economic and societal aspects, and makes her an example for other women."

سراء خضور، 24 عام من قرية بدو- شمال غرب القدس : منسقة  مشروع "ملتقى الشراكة" في جمعية الملتقى الثقافي بيت عنان، المنفذ من قبل مركز العمل التنموي معاً بالشراكة مع مركز الفن الشعبي وبتمويل من الحكومة البلجيكية Solsoc .

قامت سراء بقيادة الحملات والمبادرات المجتمعية وتشكيل المجموعات الشبابية المحلية من مناطق شمال غرب القدس من أهمها حملات دعم المزارعين الصغار وتسويق منتجاتهم والمبادرات المجتمعية في ظل جائحة كورونا. حيث أن سراء تلعب دور أساسي في التشبيك مع الفئات المحلية والرسمية.  

تقول سراء: " ملتقى الشراكة اثر على حياتي ووسع علاقاتي الاجتماعية على المستوى المحلي والوطني ووسع لدي الكثير من المفاهيم المرتبطة بالعمل التطوعي والجماعي والتغيير المجتمعي. أنا أؤمن بأن التغيير الحقيقي يأتي من كل فرد فينا، فنحن بالإرادة نصنع التغيير".

Sera’ Khadour, 24 years old, from Beddu village - northwest of Jerusalem: Coordinator of the "FADOC" project at the Beit Anan Cultural Forum Association, implemented by the MA’AN Development Center  in partnership with the Popular Art Center and funded by the Belgian government Solsoc.

Sera’ has led campaigns and community initiatives and formed local youth groups from northwestern Jerusalem areas, the most important of which are campaigns to support young farmers and market their products and community initiatives in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. Whereas, Sera’ plays an essential role in networking with the local and official groups.

FADOC affected my life and expanded my professional and social relationships at the local and national level, and expanded my concepts related of volunteering,  team work and community driven change. I believe that real change comes from each of us, and we, with the will, make change.” Sera’ said.
